Meet the Team
Yogesh is a qualified risk and privacy professional, an accountant and a certified fraud examiner. He brings an excellent combination of academics, business strategy and technical expertise to the complex world of information security. His calm and pragmatic approach has earned him a reputation for high-class customer service and excellent problem-solving.
Beginning his career with PwC, Yogesh has worked with clients across technology, fintech, public sector, defence, and electronics over last 15 years successfully delivering complex projects across the globe and is widely recognised as a problem solver and a solution finder.
He believes that Information Security should work as a business enabler rather than a jargon-heavy, compliance-oriented subject and an unavoidable cost to the business. His ability to convey this message in a plain language has landed him several opportunities to brief C-level executives and professional audiences on the topics of cyber-crime, data privacy, corporate frauds and business resilience as well as on specialist subjects of ERP security and investigative audits.
He has managed resolutions to major security incidents for his clients, successfully steered his way through regulations, compliance and assisting law-enforcement agencies, and brings rich pickings of real-life experiences and lessons learnt across a broad spectrum of clients.
Sonal is an Information Security Auditor with 12+ years’ of experience in Applications Audits, Internal and Security Audits and GDPR audits.
Starting her career with PwC, Sonal has worked with a number of financial institutions, manufacturing and media businesses across the globe.
At RightCue, Sonal manages IASME and ISO 27001 implementations, audits and consultancy. She has considerable experience in aiding business process transformation to realise good information governance and management. With a keen eye for detail, she helps organisations create practical workable solutions that add real value to the business.
Graham is the Operations Director and is an experienced management professional with considerable expertise and knowledge of operational and quality management, client management and cyber strategy.
Graham worked for 11 years with Rockwell Collins, as member of the senior management team and managed the creation and development of the supply chain group consisting 110 employees over four UK sites manufacturing military and commercial product and systems. Provided strategic direction and leadership for the group ensuring business goals met or exceeded.
At RightCue, Graham manages our strategic partnerships and business development function.
Aaron is a Cyber Scheme Team Member and an GCHQ certified CE Plus assessor. He joined RightCue as a trainee Cyber Security Technician with an impressive academic record and has worked on a number of projects involving vulnerability assessments, incident response management and network audits.
He is an avid researcher on latest security vulnerabilities, mitigation technologies, ethical hacking and reverse malware engineering.
John trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC and has worked in past on projects involving M&A, floatation and raising finance through VCs. More recently he has worked with numerous fast growth technology companies as Finance/ Non-executive Director helping them grow quickly and profitably, at the same time maintaining focus on high quality client delivery. Armed with a pragmatic and friendly style, John is revered for negotiation and financial management skills.
As someone with particular interest in emerging technology and entrepreneurial streak, John acts as a mentor and business advisor to the RightCue Board.
Nick is a certified GDPR practitioner who has been working in the capacity of DPO in recent years across various sectors, particularly healthcare and charity.
Over his career spanning more than 35 years, Nick has worked with companies of all sizes as Commercial Director, Managing Director, Non-executive Director and Chairman. Passionate about growth and success, he assists businesses plan for future keeping focus on the core issues that really matter.
In addition to being the data privacy consultant, Nick is also an advisor to RightCue Board and brings with him a wealth of experience in business planning and brand development.
Experienced IT professional with an extensive knowledge of Technical Security Management. Gary has more than 10 years of experience in cyber security standards implementation, security incident management, digital forensics and has worked with high profile clients in both public and commercial sector.
Gary helps RightCue clients ensure optimum security posture, research new security threats and mitigate risks.
Keith is an experienced Information Security Management Consultant with significant experience in defence and private sector. With 20 years of experience in project management, risk management and board level engagement, Keith is highly skilled at translating high level security objectives to operational matrices.
Milind is a Quality Assurance professional, with more than 20 years of strategy experience as well as hands on expertise in operational oversight. His core competencies include inspection readiness, audit strategy, risk management, gap assessment and quality assurance.
Paul Evans brings in a wealth of experience and understanding of Enterprise Security Architecture risks across multiple security domains. He has a track record of delivering complex security projects, road-maps and transformations within the Public, Private and Finance sectors.
In his early career Paul was Cisco Network Security engineer, before later moving into Security Architecture. Whilst still maintaining an active interest in all facets of traditional physical Infrastructure security Paul is currently focused on all things Cloud Security related and holds certifications in AWS & is working on his Azure certifications.
Starting as an Office Manager with RightCue, Karen now works as Technical Project Coordinator with a focus on exceptional customer service. She is also a qualified Cyber Essentials Assessor.
Karen has worked as administrative officer and customer service specialist within travel industry and professional services. With a pro-active approach and keen organisational and communication skills, she ensures RightCue clients are kept informed and supported, every step of the way, throughout the project.
After a successful career with the UK Ministry of Defence (Police) as a Chief Superintendent, for past 10 years Rob has forged a career as leadership coach. He has extensive experience and knowledge in leadership, crisis management, change management and negotiation skills.
