About you…

Communication and collaboration are central to effective employee performance here at RightCue. Having the right technical skills and qualifications is undoubtedly important, however, how you interact, engage and build trusting sustainable relationships is what will set us apart here at RightCue.  This is a client-facing position and client relations will therefore need to have been central to your career path to date.   As with all client-facing positions, there will be a requirement for you to travel around the UK and abroad, on occasion. You will need a valid UK driving licence and due to the sensitive nature of our business, you will be expected to maintain the highest level of data security and confidentiality. The position requires flexibility to work across multiple time-zones.

Key responsibilities…

  • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries (same-day response) and escalate accordingly when required
  • Support the production and peer checking of bids and proposal documentation
  • Produce and closely monitor the issuing of sales invoices and sales reconciliations at the end of the month
  • Chase unpaid invoices and manage and monitor credit control
  • Take and draft comprehensive meeting minutes
  • Support Client Relationship Manager with marketing activities – creation of brochures, case studies, updating of LinkedIn, creation of materials for sales and marketing events
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and assist with renewals
  • Arrange meetings with new and existing clients/partners ranging from phone calls, teams’ meetings, face to face on and/or at off-site venues
  • Assist the Client Relationship Team with the management of client requests
  • Effectively deal with client complaints through to effective resolution
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
  • Ensure the legal documents are completed before the project team starts delivery – prepare client contracts, and authorisation forms from the templates and send them to relevant parties for completion
  • Liaise with the Project Coordinator to ensure client expectations are being met
  • Send feedback forms, and follow-up with verbal feedback if needed.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with the Consultants, Managers and Associates

Technical skills…

  • Maintaining and developing client relationships ensuring that solutions address the clients’ specific needs
  • Friendly, personable and able to engage with all levels across the business
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Adopts a starter finisher mentality – no loose ends
  • Proficient at using Microsoft – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Communicates confidently both verbally and written and demonstrates close attention to detail
  • Personally driven and enthusiastic about the process and self-improvement and embraces change
  • Knowledge of RightCue’s products and services


You will ideally have or be studying towards, or be prepared to study towards one or more of the following qualifications:

  • Business Administration Apprenticeship
  • 5 GCSEs / Scottish National 5s or equivalent at grades 4-9 / A-C (including Maths and English)

At least 1 year of work experience in Sales or Administration with a professional firm ideally in IT and/or IT Security Sector.  Added benefit – demonstrable interest for technology and cyber security.
