IASME Cyber Baseline – the new IASME certification for enhanced cyber security

Are you an organisation based outside of the UK looking to achieve basic cyber security protection?

IASME Cyber Baseline is the new international cyber hygiene certification that helps organisations implement the basic and critical cyber security protection measures.

The standard leads the way to offer global supply chains a standardised and respected certification to show that organisations have the critical cyber hygiene measures in place.

What is IASME Cyber Baseline certification?

The IASME Cyber Baseline aligns with several established international cyber hygiene standards and best practices. Historically, there has been no way of demonstrating compliance with these standards due to the absence of assessments and certification protocols.

The scheme is an essential first step for many organisations outside the UK to prove that they are serious about cyber security.

The eight fundamental themes of IASME Cyber Baseline

The IASME Cyber Baseline scheme paves the way for organisations of all sizes and across diverse sectors to embark on their cyber security by implementing straightforward cyber security measures across eight fundamental themes.

  • Organisation
  • Assets
  • Secure architecture
  • People
  • Managing access
  • Technical intrusion
  • Back-up and restore
  • Resilience
